Fintech
Lumen
Overview
Lumen is a fintech app helping people manage money without the anxiety. I redesigned the core experience and built a motion system that made a dense, data-heavy product feel effortless.
The challenge
Powerful features, but onboarding lost 60% of new users before their first action. The product felt like a spreadsheet, not a companion.
